Job Description
REQUIREMENTS TO HAVE SUCCESS AT THIS POSITION
Proven Program Manager experience in the Language Services Industry (3 years)
Proven experience managing Federal and State Government contracts
Proven experience in successful leadership of large global teams supporting language access needs of a diverse pool of clients across different industry verticals
Proven experience managing localization operations in progressive roles
Proven Program/Project management experience in life sciences
Must be Bilingual with Native level English and Spanish language skills
Excellent attention to detail
General Experience with Atrium and Plunet.
Proven communication, organizational, and time management skills
Participant in a team environment as well as ability to work independently
Flexibility and ability to adapt to different working environments
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and Excel
Experience with translation standards - ISO 17100 knowledge is a plus
