Our client is seeking an Insurance Claims Supplement Manager who has a persistent, determined and fair approach when billing with adjusters.

This person will be responsible for supplementing their own claims and managing 1 to 2 supplementers.

Background / Experience :

3 years of Xactimate software experience

3 years of roofing & siding experience

Pass a background check

Verifiable references.

Responsibilities : :

Manage a portfolio of 80-100 claims per month in our busy season.

Inspect each job to ensure profit margins are being reached.

Provide insurance company supplemental estimate when needed.

Defend estimate when needed with the insurance company.

Maintain a professional but friendly relationship with the claims adjusters.

Work with production department and salespeople on proper documentation of necessary supplements.

If they have questions, communicate with the homeowner concerning our invoice if needed.
