The Financial Reporting and Consolidation Manager
responsible for providing financial analysis, reports, and support to the C-line executives. In
this role, you will be responsible for preparing both regular and ad hoc reports and
collaborating closely with the C-line executives to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Responsibilities:
o Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for our internal
and external stakeholders.
o Manage the monthly consolidation process including managing the global
intercompany process and review of monthly consolidated results.
o Work with international intercompany owners to resolve out-of-balance accounts.
o Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts, including cash flow projections.
o Collaborate and business partner with C-line executives, affiliated international
entities and intradisciplinary teams to ensure that financial objectives are met and that
the business is operating efficiently.
o Develop and maintain financial models to aid decision-making.
o Support multiple Corporate Finance & Accounting projects to improve the efficiency
and accuracy of financial processes.
o Conduct analysis of financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for
improvement.
o Assist with the preparation of board materials and other financial presentations.
o Present findings and recommendations concerning financial, accounting and
business issues
o Ensure that financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
o Support the C-line with ad hoc requests, as required.
o Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements and Desired Experience:
o Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
o Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance-related role.
o Knowledge of Consolidation process.
o Advanced knowledge of Excel and other financial software applications.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
o Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
o Experience working in a multinational company would be an advantage.
o May require frequent standing, bending, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
