A project Manager for a well-established and reputable NYC Electrical Contractor with HQ in Nassau Co. is needed to become an integral part of our team.
Responsibilities
Fiscal responsibility for all assigned projects, electrical estimating, change order management, job cost management, monthly AIA coordination with our Billing Dept., coordinate with company Super and field Foremen to monitor job progress, manpower, the project schedule and ensure projects are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner. The ideal candidate will develop strong client relationships to foster future opportunities for the company.
Qualifications
Min. 3-5 Years of Electrical Project Management experience in commercial electrical construction.
Min. 3-5 Years of Electrical Estimating experience.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to commute to Manhattan, Queens & Nassau County.
Outgoing personality & positive attitude.
Ability to work well on your own as well as part of a team.
