As a Community Manager you will help drive the overall operational and financial success of our property.
Responsibilities include:
Overseeing all day-to-day operations of the apartment community
Supervising, training, and motivating office team members to ensure excellent customer service
Directing and working closely with Maintenance Supervisor and Maintenance team on property issues
Monitoring all sales and leasing activity
Monitoring community performance, and explaining variances within the budget
Overseeing resident move-ins/move-outs
Working to achieve high renewal rates and positive community reviews
Overseeing delinquency/collections process
Managing the A/P process including invoicing and coding review
Overseeing coordination and execution of resident events
Creating marketing campaigns for social media, print, and digital advertising
Developing and maintaining vendor relationships
Qualifications:
Experience dealing with the public, managing team members, and working alongside an off-site corporate office team
Ability to multi-task/prioritize
Detail -oriented and organized
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to efficiently handle inquiries, disputes, and questions from residents
Education/Knowledge:
High School diploma
6 years of property experience required, 2 in a management position
Computerized Property Management software experience required
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook
