We are looking for an energetic Sr. People & Talent Coordinator to join the Wurk team. You will play a vital role in supporting the Talent Acquisition and People & Culture Operations initiatives with various projects related to talent acquisition, learning and development, and more. You are personable with excellent organizational and communication skills and a strong interest in growing a talent acquisition/recruiting career. You would love to contribute to creating best-in-class candidate and employee experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment activities and establish robust recruitment pipelines for all our open roles
  • Improve the existing onboarding process for new joiners
  • Assist in the creation and adherence of internal Learning & Development pathways for employees
  • Be a champion for the employee experience through assisting with Culture Crew and DEIB Committee
  • Assist in the design and distribution of company policies and procedures
  • Coordinate projects and initiatives with People Team to complete projects
  • Administratively support the HR Department and employee inquiries via HR ticketing system
  • Manage the employee file system and ensure all employees are completing paperwork
  • Support all internal event planning initiatives assigned to the People Team
  • Ad Hoc Duties as requested

Required Skill Sets and Experience

  • 1-3 years' experience in human resources (experience in a fast-paced environment a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is a plus
  • Experience in recruitment a MUST
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), including payroll tools, specifically Kronos WFR
  • Experience with SharePoint
  • Strong knowledge of US labor regulations
  • Radiate positive energy and embrace a glass half-full mindset
  • Go-getter who is eager to learn and develop within the Human Resources field

This position's approximate base salary range is $50,000.00 to $65,000.00 based on candidate experience, education, and geographic location. This is the range for residents in Colorado; consideration will be given for location, experience, etc.
