Job Description

As Store Implementation Specialist, you will make a positive impact by being responsible for:

• Managing the product range of Fixtures and Accessories, engaging with suppliers, and ensuring efficient sourcing and purchasing processes.
• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers for fixings solutions for ESL based on quality, cost, and reliability criteria.
• Conducting thorough assessments to ensure supplier capabilities align with organizational standards.
• Identifying and recommending appropriate fixings for Electronic Shelf Labels (ESL) based on the shelves and store configurations. Your responsibilities include collaborating with store operations, conducting assessments, and finding effective solutions for the installation of ESL on various types of shelves.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify suitable solutions based on operational requirements.
• Assessing product suitability in terms of functionality and compatibility.
• Conduct thorough site surveys to assess infrastructure and fixtures.
• Ensure successful installations of hardware and related components.
• Implement streamlined solutions for consistent implementation across America.
• Update and maintain documentation for hardware store installations
• Planning thoroughly for the implementation of identified fixtures and accessories in stores.
• Being present on-site during the implementation phase to ensure the correct placement and installation of fixtures.
• Implementing quality assurance measures to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction 
• Provide training and guidance to Solution Engineers and third-party vendors

Qualifications

Experience:

• Store/Retail experience or ESL industry experience is a strong asset.
• 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar role and product category, with a strong preference for retail or technology settings.
• Must have experience with fixings
• Familiarity with ESL technology and fixtures.
• Familiarity with procurement, supply chain, and inventory management.
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.

Skills:

• Project management skills: managing deadlines and delivering tasks/projects on time. 
• Strong collaboration and partnership skills 
• Negotiation skills, Order Purchasing, Delivery Monitoring, and compliance oversight 

Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to convey complex information in a clear and understandable manner. 
• Detail-oriented with a focus on understanding intricate store operations environment and on quality.
• Ability to engage with suppliers, ensure efficient sourcing and purchasing processes 

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field.
