The Specifics of the Role

• Provides comprehensive assistance during all project phases phase which includes the following:
• Relentless pursuit in deployment and coaching of Clayco's production standards.
• Works closely with project teams on addressing problem-solving through the use of standardized digital production tools.
• You are the champion of consistency and mentoring while being the best listeners and the best practitioner of integrated process and integrated technology approach.
• Understands the paradigm of standardized and modular approach to design & construction problems.
• Supports our project teams daily while delivering practical training and instilling the best practices.
• Your technology stack knowledge is wide-ranging and stems from practical use on construction projects.
• Provide technical and workflow support for a range of applications used in-house. (BIM 360 or ACC Build, Revit, Navisworks, P6, BEXEL Manager, StructionSite, Newmetrix, PypeIO, PmWeb, BuildingConnected)
• Assisting and coaching the project teams in the use of companywide best practices

1. Project delivery process execution that encompasses the following but not limited to:

• Project planning
• Project bidding and buyout
• Cost management
• Document management

1. MEPFP coordination
2. QA/QC process
3. Technology implementation and training

• Assume the responsibility for standardized execution across all phases of digital project delivery
• Enables adoption and use of 3D/4D/5D/6D methodology across a multitude of Clayco projects.
• Enables the efficient Change Management process by working side by side with project teams….
• Facilitates the integration and adoption of advanced technology such as reality capture, UAV adoption, robotics and the use of sensors.
• Documents a job progress by working within the most sophisticated technological framework in the industry.
• Acts as the technology and information integrity advocate within project teams and across the enterprise.
• Acts as an outspoken ambassador of integrated project delivery cycle, and can clearly explain the benefits of aligning the Design Build process with the concept of a Common Data Environment.
• Can clearly convey the legal aspects of technology adoption and implementation and acts as a liaison between project teams and Clayco’s legal team in documenting and explaining legal implications of any existing and new technology.
• Can easily interpret the technological framework of Clayco/Owner contract.
• Assists with change order and submittal tracking process utilizing Clayco’s Project Management platform.
• Assist in field reporting and field issues management.
• Acts as a coach and a mentor to Clayco project teams in all areas of the Enterprise-wide data governance policy and consistent data collection across the range of project related tasks.

Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related
• 5 years of related experience
