The VAST Office Assistant supports the VAST Director. Responsibilities include organization of information and records, drafting and editing documents, managing the process manual and keeping it up to date, printing and posting flyers around campus, and assisting the director in planning VAST related events. Must be comfortable with shared documents in OneDrive including Excel and Word.
Excellent communication and organization skills are desired.
Strict adherence to confidentiality is required. This position has the possibility of working remotely.
Confidentiality agreement must be signed.
