Duties
As a Assistant Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of a multifamily property. Your main duties will include:
- Managing tenant relations, including addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Conducting regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
- Coordinating and overseeing property maintenance and repairs.
- Collecting rent payments and maintaining accurate financial records.

- Enforcing lease agreements and handling lease renewals or terminations.
