Overview

Our client is seeking a Parts & Inventory Coordinator for our facility in Dallas, TX!

The Parts & Inventory Coordinator takes an active role in the organization and administration of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (Hexagon). This role will support critical duties related the Maintenance department.

Responsibilities

• Maintain maintenance storeroom inventory levels by processing parts requests, performing routine inventory checks, and restocking parts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance storage areas.
• Contact and maintain relationships with MRO and OEM vendors.
• Continually improve PM and maintenance storeroom programs
• Assist in managing monthly maintenance budget.
• Maintain all documents required for future auditing purposes.
• Manage and maintain spare parts inventory utilizing the CMMS system (Hexagon.)
• Maintain electronic recordkeeping of preventive maintenance program.
• Print and close approved maintenance work orders daily
• Ensure maintenance work orders have been completed before closing.
• Work with maintenance leadership and technicians to improve equipment reliability through the PM program.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of previous maintenance planning/coordinating/inventory experience
• Experience with Hexagon CMMS
• Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment is required
• Bilingual in English & Spanish is a plus!

Salary: $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Position requires 6-7 days per week
• Overtime
