Summary

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Coordinates incoming shipments with warehouse transportation team.
• Coordinate and perform the receipt, inspection, validation of purchased items against purchasing document or system.
• Creates, fills and ships Freeman AV Procurement Inventory Transfers in the R2 Inventory System.
• Performs basic quality control inspection of outbound equipment ensuring that equipment is without defect and is up to department specifications prior to leaving.
• Communicates with branch personnel to ensure that all inventory has been received properly.
• Maintains and organizes Cap-Ex holding area
• Serves as main transportation contact for shipment of completed inventory. Assists Inventory Processing Supervisor with fulfilling all equipment demands and requests for scheduled outbound trucks.
• Communicates and coordinates equipment distribution with necessary personnel across all warehouses
• Maintains and monitors stock levels of necessary equipment accessories and other materials needed for the physical processing of the equipment.
• Assists in processing inventory as needed.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area. Helps maintain warehousing area and compacting area.
• Executes related duties assigned by Departmental Lead/Supervisor/Manager.
• Assists other departments as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalency.
