Title: On-site Finance Project Manager

Status: Full Time

Reports to: Charter Success Partners 

Charter Success Partners (CSP) is the leading provider of outsourced business process services exclusively for charter schools. 

We are seeking candidates for an On-site Finance Project Manager position to serve our client, Voyager Academy, in Durham, NC. This candidate will support the Managing Director at Voyager Academy.

Job Description:

Core support services CSP provides the client include: accounting, payroll, and related financial reporting, student information, HR/benefits, contracts, grants, marketing, analytics, and more. This position’s responsibilities focus on finance-related duties, but includes a strategic component necessary to connect the CSP team with the school based team across all services which will require support in areas outside of finance from time to time.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a CSP client in Durham
• Facilitate the notification and completion of school-based needs
• Respond timely to any client questions or requests
• Coordinate purchase requests, process accounts payable, make deposits
• Manage all CSP-integrated systems (bill payments, prepaid cards, purchase orders, HRIS)
• Attend Foundation board meetings and Finance Committee meetings
• Coordinate financial reporting, amendments and accurate tracking of financial activity
• Assist with budget development
• Manage grant budgets in BAAS System
• Manage all payroll functions
• Assist with human resources/benefits administration
• Assist with contract management
• Cash management
• Foundation management including cash, bank reconciliations, invoice and bill payments, bond payments
• Workers compensation and accident claims management
• Work on site at the assigned school 
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Education and Experience:

• Associate’s degree 
• Impeccable organizational skills
• Ability to complete tasks timely and accurately
• Ability to professionally communicate with team members and clients via telephone, email or in person
• Ability to physically work at Voyager Academy in Durham, NC.
