Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at Voyage Healthcare in Centennial, CO. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative assistance and support, managing the CEO's diary, creating and managing expense reports, and providing administrative assistance as needed.

Qualifications

• Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills
• Experience in managing and organizing expense reports, business intelligence and report dissemination
• Calendar Management skills
• Organized, Attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) as well as interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
