Customer Service Representative:

• Customer service and sales for residential and service glazing projects
• This role involves working directly with customers to help design, price, schedule, and invoice projects.
• We are looking for an individual that has the following:
• A positive attitude and service mindset
• 3 years or more of customer service experience
• Glass industry, building trades/materials, or construction industry experience strongly preferred but not required
• Residential projects consist primarily of shower doors, but also mirrors, cabinet glass, insulated glass, and tabletops.
• We exist to serve our customers and strive to deliver an excellent customer experience. This role is the primary contact for executing this goal.
