business Analyst
A Guidewire business analyst is expected to carry out the following
Requirement Elicitation
Participate in workshops
Prepare Design documents.
Knowledge in Software Configuration management
validate application in various environments.
Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to
understand business needs and objectives.
Analyze business processes and translate requirements into
Guidewire functional specifications and/or story card for
PolicyCenter configuration.
Bring in thought leadership and provide solutions to align
the solution aligned with OOTB best practices, conduct product gap
analysis to identify areas for process improvement and
optimization.
Provide subject matter expertise in Personal Property /
Auto / Umbrella lines of business.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure the
successful implementation of PolicyCenter solutions.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate training
sessions for end-users.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and
technical teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in
insurance and Guidewire platforms.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer
Science, or related field.
5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the
Guidewire platform with Extensive hands-on experience with
Guidewire PolicyCenter implementation. 10 years of experience in
Insurance projects
Strong understanding of Personal Property, Personal Auto,
or Personal Umbrella lines of business.
Proven track record of leading successful PolicyCenter
implementations from inception to post-production support.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the
ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving
abilities.
