• Create visually appealing and engaging video content for the digital marketing of our brands and product assortment, to be used on websites, email campaigns, digital ads, and social media.
• Advocate for the video side of our business by writing, filming, producing, and editing videos to create captivating content that stays true to brand and product identity.
• Utilize tools, software, and studio for efficient content creation, maintaining originality and brand alignment.
• Coordinate with talent agencies, location managers and any additional resources to manage the business side of shoots when needed.
• Collaborate with creative, content and marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging and visual storytelling.
• Keep pace with video production trends to create content.
• Manage several online accounts, ensuring the delivery of compelling and on-brand content is available to both consumers and third-party commerce venues.
• Deliver video projects, ensuring content is compelling, on-brand and adhere to brand guidelines.
• Meet deadlines and ensure the delivery of high-quality content within established budgets.

• You have a Bachelor's degree in Digital Media Arts, Filmmaking, or a related field preferred, with 3 years of on-camera and editing experience.
• You understand the essence of our brands and products and can tell that story to consumers.
• You’re experienced in creating videos start to finish, and you are as comfortable behind the camera as you are in editing room.
• You have experience shooting with a professional video cameras and equipment like gimbals, dollies, lighting rigs and studio lights.
• You are proficient in video and animation software such as Premiere Pro and After Effects and stay updated on the latest tools and techniques.
• Your grasp of digital marketing principles is implemented into your video content creation.
• You have excellent copywriting and verbal communication skills.
• Your multimedia management and scheduling are efficient, and you can manage projects from start to finish.
• You have commercial or marketing video experience with an understanding of what makes content shareable and engaging.
• You have a commitment to long-term success.
• You’re a team player who is committed to helping we continue to grow and evolve.
• You learn new concepts and implement them quickly.
• You’re able to stage scenes and load/unload equipment for your shoots.
• You have an online reel or portfolio showcasing a range of work. Please include password if needed.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis is required; employer sponsorship for employment-based visa status is not available for this position.
• This is not a remote position.
