- Plan, create, edit and share video content on all social media platforms, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok/TikTok Shop.
- Develop and create engaging content for all social media platforms.
- Create a content calendar.
- Monitor social media channels for competitor trends.
- Develop brand presence across social media profiles and other digital platforms.
- Manage and measure performance of organic campaigns for all social media platforms.
- Build social media giveaways and contests.
- Understand marketing Indicators: leads, conversion rates, and social media engagement.
- Implement social media strategy.
- Publish press releases.
- Promote new product launches with engaging content.
- Monitor and respond to customer interactions on social media accounts including comments, messages and other social media interactions.
- Passion for all social media marketing and proficiency with major social media platforms and management tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of one year of experience creating, monitoring, reporting on social media activity.
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Proficiency in photo, graphic and video editing/design.
- Develop good relationships.
- Identify issues and develop creative solutions to problems.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis is required; employer sponsorship for employment-based visa status is not available for this position.
- This is not a remote position.
