Position Summary: The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for coordinating daily operations of the Federal Probation program, including staff supervision and scheduling, ensuring that services are in clinical and administrative compliance with contractual standards and OAR regulations, performance objectives, ethical standards, and best practices. The Clinical Supervisor works in close collaboration with the Outpatient Clinical Director to retain positive relationships with partner organizations. May also provide treatment services to a small caseload of program participants and provide in-court clinical information to assist the Federal Drug Court teams in making decisions on program participants' care. The Clinical Supervisor will be in a Saturday rotation with other supervisors to provide managerial support of Saturday services. The Clinical Supervisor provides liaison duties as needed to the Federal Drug court team as needed and is responsible for the training, development, and support of the VOA staff acting as court liaison providing in-court clinical support and expertise to assist the Drug Court team in making decisions on program participant's care with other judicial offices, treatment providers, and social service agencies to aid in the preparation of daily treatment court reports and other clinical matters. In addition to supervision duties, the Clinical Supervisor may provide treatment services and carry a small caseload.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position; 40 hours per week; Tuesday through Saturday. This position is on-site, with the possibility of some remote work hours once fully trained.
