The Retention and Engagement Specialist will be responsible for follow up and job retention services for veteran clients enrolled in the Homeless Veterans Rehabilitation Program; they are also responsible for engagement with community providers and local employers.

Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in business, human services field, or related field with (2) years of experience. Applicants must have word processing, internet, and the ability to work with people. Excellent communication and organizational skills are a must. The applicant must have a valid Indiana driver's license.
