Rapid Refill has an opening for an Assistant Manager at our Randolph location.
Have you worked in retail, fast food, convenience store, or another sector of the service industry? Are you a “go-getter” that has shown management potential? What will you do?
- Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill.
- Provide prompt and courteous customer service according to the operating standards of the company.
- Merchandise facility according to the operating standards of the company.
- Assist Store Manager with interviews. Train all facility employees in store operations, product knowledge, sales techniques, personnel appearance and safety guidelines.
