Must be able to mirror the GM as far as all management functions. Must be able to train and run an effective shift when the GM is not in the restaurant and able to train and hold all staff members accountable to the restaurants standards
Job Description. Job Description. Must be able to do inventories, scheduling, and proper ordering according to sales voume. You must be able to cross train staff members and build a manager bench so your never running short. This position is a 45-50 hour work week with many benefits. Salary ranges from $55,000-$60,000 a year with a $16,000 a year bonus potential. Bonus is also paid out monthly.
Must be able to run a successful shift by directing other staff members. Must have knowledge of proper food and cash handling. Be able to help train other staff members and hold them accountable to the company standards
Must have skills in the kitchen or customer service. Must be able to work with others and talk to customers when needed. Learn how to work on the fryers and or the registers
