Volpe Enterprises is a full service/design build, complete home remodeling company that has been in business since 1970. We are looking to add a skilled Residential Construction Project Manager to our team in North Wales PA.

Residential Construction Project Manager Duties/Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee multiple deck/portico/porch/concrete/standing pavilion construction projects at one time to ensure proper installation and that Volpe practices are being followed
• Ensures statutory and regulatory compliance with regards to safety and health
• Develops project plans to present to clients, sales teams, and internal staff
• Partners with the Production Manager to prepare crew schedules and ensure they are properly equipped to perform the job
• Communicate with homeowners prior, during, and after a job to ensure customer satisfaction
• Utilize project management software to track quality control workflows, checklists, and other accountability tools
• Manages addendums, vendors, trade partners, and orders job materials
• Maintains our standard of high-quality finished products
• Attendance & involvement in regular meetings with Management, Field Staff, and Company-Wide training

Residential Construction Project Manager Skills/Qualifications:

• Knowledge with exterior applications a plus - siding/windows/doors
• Ability to problem solve and come up with solutions onsite
• Willingness to learn, grow your skills, and to teach others
• Knowledge of all aspects of residential construction from start to finish
• Leadership and customer relations skills

Residential Construction Project Manager Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in residential remodeling/building
• Employment is contingent upon completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screen
• Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects
• Valid driver's license
