Responsibilities

• Meeting monthly sales goals
• Maintaining positive relationships with staff and team members
• Hiring and training staff
• Proper time management
• Desking deals within the Digital Retail platform
• Pulling credit profiles
• Submitting deals to lenders for the best possible approvals
• Keeping CITs clean
• Appraising vehicles with proper valuations
• Optimizing PUVR
• Keeping inventory turn at acceptable levels
• Acquiring inventory
• Properly pricing and merchandising vehicles
• Have progress/temperature check meetings with all 3rd party lead providers
• Following up with prospects
• Staying up to date with automotive news and trends
• Staying familiar with current inventory
• Confirm appointments
• Contact missed appointments
• Maintain inhouse financing

Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
• 2 years sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Understanding of inventory control
• Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM)
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic
• Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work within a fast-paced environment
• Current, valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
• Bilingual is a plus
• Willing to learn new technology or software as needed

Pay: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Weekends as needed
