JOB SUMMARY
VNA Health is looking for licensed Certified Home Health Aid (HHA) to join our compassionate, highly-skilled Home Health Care team.JOB RESPONSIBILTIES AND DUTIES

• Work with a registered nurse and other clinicians to provide care based on an individualized plan of care
• Take and record vitals
• Plan and prepare nutritious (shopping, as required)
• Provide personalized care
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (e.g. dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting, and eating)
• Provide mobility and transfer assistance
• Perform light housekeeping
• Assist with transportation needs
• Adhere to VNA’s documentation and care procedures and standards of personal and professional conduct
• Perform other duties as outlined

• Home Health Aide Certification
• CPR certification
• Knowledge of state, federal and local accreditation regulations pertaining to the delivery of home health services
• Ability to lift, push or pull 50 lbs
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license and insurance

SALARY$22.00 - $25.00 – Hourly – Depending on experience
