VNA Health offers a competitive hourly rate of $19.50 - 25.50 per hour depending on your skills and experience, and employees who work at least 30 hours per week also receive generous paid time off, paid holidays, medical (your choice of gold or bronze PPO), dental, vision, disability, life and AD&D insurance, and a 4% retirement plan match after 1 year of service. We reimburse for gym and fitness expenses up to $600 per year, pay for CPR renewal, and offer up to $6,000 in education assistance if you pursue an LVN or RN degree program.
As a Home Health Aide, you will be a valued and respected member of our home care team, working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Therapist and performing various personal care services to meet our patients' needs. Home Health Aides are responsible for observing and assisting patients and documenting observations and care performed. Home Health Aides promote the quality, continuity and safety of our patient care.
