Assisted Home Health & Hospice is Hiring a Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nurse Assistance (CNA), Hospice (Full Time) Near Santa Barbara, CA

*You MUST have a Home Health Aide certificate or Certified Nurse Assistance Certificate to be eligible for this position. A Home Care Aide certificate is not eligible.
This is a full-time position - 40 hr per week. Hours may vary based on the facility need.

The impact you will make:
  • Assist patients with personal hygiene, elimination, / nutritional support, ambulation and exercise according to the patient’s needs and as specified on the CHHA Assignment.
  • Ensure quality and safe delivery of CHHA services per written plan of care.
  • Communicate with RN, Rehab Case Manager or Clinical Supervisor on a regular basis regarding changes in the patient’s condition and/or needs.
Who you are: 
  • Completion of an approved training program pursuant to Federal/State law.
  • Current, active California CHHA certificate or CNA Certificate with criminal background check.
  • Current CPR, health clearance and completed skills assessment.
