Hiring for Hotel Assistant General Manager in Greenville SC, Extended Stay Hotel experience a plus but not necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance.
- Assisting in developing and implement strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy rates
- Assisting in managing budgets and financial performance of the hotel
- Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction
- Training and supervising hotel staff, including hiring and scheduling
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote the hotel and attract new business
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met
Requirements:
- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus (Spanish)
- Knowledge of budgeting, revenue management, and financial analysis
- Familiarity with hospitality industry regulations and best practices
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Preferred experience in ChoiceAdvantage PMS
