Stone Etc Inc is Hiring a Business Development, Coordinator Near Gardena, CA

Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team with client communications, proposal preparations, and follow-ups.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and support strategic planning.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take detailed minutes.
  • Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports and performance metrics.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and correspondence.
  • Support the senior management with project management and other executive duties (e.g., emails, calendars and other administrative duties) as needed
  • Work cross-functionally with our various departments
  • Manage additional business development projects as necessary

Qualifications

  • 1 years of business development or sales experience in an office environment is required. Ideally, 3 years of experience is desired but not required
  • Experience working in the manufacturing or construction industry is a plus, but not required
  • Willingness to learn, assimilate, and communicate what you know and what you don’t know honestly/directly
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; strong bias for action and problem solving
  • Positive attitude and work ethic
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A passion for working smart, proactively and the ability to take on initiatives without direction
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A consistent desire to close deals and to always have a winning mindset
  • Familiarity with PC or Mac-based systems including Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM platforms (like Salesforce and Hubspot)
  • A high school degree is required. A 4-year college degree in business administration or related discipline is desired but not required

Location

The position will be based out of our office in Gardena, CA. This is not a remote position.

Established in 1999, Stone Etc. is one of the largest manufacturers and installers of stone and tile products (e.g., bathrooms, kitchens, lobbies, common areas, etc.). We are a family based business with over 75 employees and are headquartered in Gardena, CA. Our commitment is to create and install high-quality stone and tile products in both residential and commercial applications anywhere in Southern California.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
