**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician, ensuring the well-being of patients in various healthcare settings. **Responsibilities:** - Conduct diagnostic evaluations and provide appropriate treatments - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed - Utilize aseptic techniques in all aspects of patient care - Perform catheterizations and assist with dialysis procedures - Monitor patient vital signs and report any deviations from normal - Implement acute pain management strategies - Provide basic life support in emergency situations - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans - Maintain accurate and detailed medical records using eClinicalWorks or similar software - Offer behavioral health support to patients and families **Experience:** The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications: - Diploma from an accredited nursing program - Current LPN license in the state of practice - Proficiency in acute care, pediatrics, and adult health settings - Familiarity with inhaling medications and administering nebulizer treatments - Knowledge of wound care, IV therapy, and medication administration - Experience in acute pain management techniques - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Join our team and make a difference in the lives of our patients.
