Duties:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and record patient vital signs
- Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures, such as spinal taps and airway management
- Provide wound care and dressings
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and self-care techniques
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic medical record systems (PCC)
Requirements
- Valid LPN license in the state of [location]
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles and practices
- Ability to lift and move patients as needed
- Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems (Cerner, eClinicalWorks, Athenahealth)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
