Direct sellers focus on revenue generation from security, smart home, and solar sales. This is achieved through prospecting door to door, referrals, building relationships, overcoming objections, and closing sales. Direct sellers conduct these activities independently but tightly integrated onto a larger team.

Job Availability: April 15th-September 31st (arrival and departure dates are flexible

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Attend daily team meetings (Monday-Saturday) focused around strategy, reporting, and training.
• Contribute meaningfully to the team mission and culture by exhibiting an outward mindset.
• Make contact with 50 customers per day and qualify which individuals are eligible to become clients.
• Make 3-5 presentations per day to qualified buyers and address their objections.
• Sign service agreements with 1-3 prospects per day.
• Coordinate the operations team with the customer to conduct an installation within 24 hours if possible.

(Solar has an extended timeline of 1-2 months)

Key Competencies and Skills:

• Highly motivated self-starter, willing to take ownership and drive deliverables
• An ability to develop sales plans, strategies and prioritize multiple
• Previous successful sales or customer service experience preferred
• Possess a strong business acumen and aptitude to understand key business drivers
• Understand smart home technologies and how customers can be benefited from different combinations of products
• Confident and comfortable with customer, peer, and leadership interaction with excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Education Qualifications:

• Four year degree or some college within business, marketing, finance, sales, communication,

entrepreneurship, or related field

• Completion of Vivint's provided sales training program required
