The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, Department of Internal Medicine, Division of Hematology Oncology, is seeking a faculty member to function as the Bone Marrow Transitional Research Lead.Applicants must have an M.D./Ph.D. or Ph.D., postdoctoral research experience, and a focused interest in the area of bone marrow transplant/hematological malignancy research with a record of outstanding research publications. Appointment rank will be commensurate with academic accomplishments and experience.Consideration may be given to applicants seeking less than a full-time schedule.Successful candidates will bring state of the art expertise, complement research of current faculty, and participate in the development of disease-based research.It is expected that the candidate will also participate in the teaching and training of medical and graduate students, house staff and fellows.
