Top Client in need of a Manager Bone Marrow Transplant/Oncology (RN)-Full Time- in Dallas

Shift: Full Time-No Weekends

Job Summary:

The Nurse Manager is responsible for all department functions in support of the hospital Mission, Vision and facility goals.

The manager identifies the cost-effective systems needed to support the business of the department, taking into account business trends, resource availability and changes in customers related to our service to the Bone Marrow Transplant population.

This position establishes effective working relationships with all constituencies, including patient’s physicians, employees, volunteers and vendors.

The manager identifies and remedies through continuous customer satisfaction data and employee involvement.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in nursing required

Master’s degree in nursing or related field preferred

Experience:

Five (5) years’ experience in management, preferable in a hospital setting with experience to include management of personnel, payroll, budgets, capital, business planning, marketing, and physician relations

Previous management in critical care required; clinical or leadership experience with the cardiac intensive care population highly preferred

Licensure:

Current Texas RN license or compact license

Current AHA or ARC BLS.

Certification in nursing specialty or leadership preferred
