VITAL is currently looking for Systems Engineers at the mid, senior and principal levels to join or growing team! Qualifications: Mid-Level System Engineer 7 Years of experience as a System Engineer with experience in system performance, availability, scalability, manageability and security requirements for mid to large size programs. Understanding of Agile or Spiral methodologies as well as knowledge of SOA frameworks. Senior-Level Systems Engineer In addition to requirements above, the Senior Systems Engineer will be required to have the following experience: 15 years of providing technical direction for the development, engineering, interfacing, integration and testing of complex hardware/software systems to include requirements elicitation, analysis and functional allocation, conducting system requirements reviews, developing concepts of operation and interface standards.rnrnBachelor's Degree in a technical field is desired and will be considered equivalent to four years of experience.rnrn7 years providing technical supervision and guiding mid-level engineering personnel, solving varied technical problems and generating designs for technical review.rnrnPrincipal Systems EngineerrnIn addition to requirements above, the Principal Systems Engineer will be required to have the following experience:rnrn18 years of providing technical direction for the development, engineering, interfacing, integration and testing of complex hardware/software systems to include requirements elicitation, analysis and functional allocation, conducting system requirements reviews, developing concepts of operation and interface standards.rnrn10 years providing technical supervision and guiding mid/sr-level engineering personnel, solving varied technical problems and generating designs for technical review.rnrnProficient in developing documentation required to support a program's technical challenges and training situations.rn
