Visual Discovery is Hiring an Accounting Coordinator Near Bonita, CA
Location: May be remote or headquartered in San Diego office.
FT/PT: Full-Time Position with benefits
Reports to: Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Manager.
Start date: ASAP
Pay Range: $19-$24/hour
Responsibilities:
- Billing duties include generating client invoices and assisting with client inquiries.
- AP/AR - Assist upper management with specific bookkeeping projects. May include the below:
- Preparation of incoming deposits along with proper payment Applications
- Generate monthly audits to locate potential discrepancies
- Communication with state agencies
- Coordinate vendor invoices, billing, and payments
- Verify accuracy and approval of charges as requested.
- Report preparation and other administrative duties as requested.
- Monitor monthly aging reports and contact clients per our Collection process to obtain overdue amounts and keep ongoing record of all collection attempts per protocol.
- Issue monthly statements electronically to clients and monitor for hard copy statement requests per client preference.
- Quality control to proactively eliminate potential inaccuracies within the department.
- Fulfill additional duties as assigned.
