POSITION: Receptionist Associate
REPORTS TO: Ventures Manager
FLSA CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt
GENERAL FUNCTION:
The Ventures Receptionist Associate is a vital part of the reception team. In this role she/he represents the organization to the public; is responsible for a wide range of clerical and administrative functions; and responds to general questions from visitors coming into the building. A positive and professional demeanor is vital to the Receptionist Associate’s success in their role.

EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
ESSENTIAL REQUIRMENTS:
- Ability to manage all required administrative responsibilities.
- Ability to articulate and speak clearly.
- Able to read and/or use adaptive system
KNOW HOW:
- Ability to be accurate and detailed.
- Ability to proactively initiate routine job tasks.
- Ability to manage changing tasks and activities.
PRINCIPLE ACTIVITIES:
- Be a positive role model for others in the workplace.
- Be able to work with others as part of a team.
- Perform multiple tasks simultaneously as assigned.
- Answer phones and direct callers/visitors to correct person.
- Maintain office and administrative systems as assigned.
- Record information using legible handwriting or an adaptive system.
- Count supplies and/or use adaptive system.
