Visiting Angels - Nashua is seeking compassionate Caregivers and LNAs to deliver premium, customized care to our clients, helping them remain in their homes in a safe, comfortable, and dignified manner. Personal experience or in healthcare settings are acceptable - LNA License is a plus but not a requirement.

Compensation & Benefits
Caregivers and LNAs are compensated at an hourly rate of $16.75 to $22.50 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Responsibilities of Caregivers, PCA and LNA

• Execute comprehensive, personalized weekly schedules and care plans
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, and toileting
• Provide assistance with eating, meal preparation, and dining assistance
• Help maintain a safe and clean environment
• Help patients with mobility and transfers, including using assistive devices as needed
• Take and record vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
• Provide medication reminders and monitoring
• Monitor patients for changes in condition and report any concerns
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely
• Provide companionship and engaging conversation

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work both independently and with a team of healthcare professionals
• A desire to serve seniors and adults with physical and mental impairments
• A friendly, organized, and professional demeanor
• A valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
• Willingness to participate in a criminal background check and drug screening
• Experience with dementia care and hospice care is beneficial
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
• Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients of all ages
