Responsibilities:

• Execute comprehensive personalized weekly schedules and care plans
• Assistance with ADLs as directed, including bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, toileting, feeding, and mobility.
• Document completed tasks and report changes in the client’s physical condition, mental capability, or behavior
• Supply personal companionship, remaining actively engaged with each client by providing ongoing social and emotional support

• Evening (4 hours)

• Caregiving Personal or Professional 1 year (Preferred)
