A highly respected Therapy Provider group throughout NYC and the surrounding area is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide after school services, 2-5 hours as needed. Position is located in the Bronxs.
Requirements:
- NYS Occupational Therapist license Registration
- 3 years of experience working with children that have behavioral challenges, preferably in a school or homecare environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide OT to children after school with diagnoses of ADHD, Autism and learning disabilities
- Foster strong relationships with families and create a nurturing learning environment in home settings.
- Engage with caregivers to maintain consistent therapeutic schedules
- Maintain weekly, quarterly, and annual paperwork including daily session notes, progress reports and annual review
Job Type: Part-time Contract
Salary: $125.00 per hour, fee for service
