Position will cover Bronx and Manhattan regions.
MJHS Home Care provides advanced clinical services and emotional support to patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. With a comprehensive range of services supported by an integrated health system, patients can recover in the familiar surroundings of their home.

- You will schedule independent home visits to screen and treat your patients and continually reevaluate and document their progress
- You will have a rare degree of flexibility to spend the time you need with each patient
- Minimum of Bachelor of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institute of learning
- Registered and licensed as an OT in NYS
- Minimum of one-year experience in providing therapy treatments in a health care setting
- Home Care experience highly preferred
- Valid Driver License and Car
