Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Engagement Manager to join our team. As an Engagement Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to engage and educate the community on public health initiatives. This is a dynamic position that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for making a positive impact.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute engagement strategies to market and educate the community on public health programs
- Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content for social media platforms
- Supervise and train a team of engagement specialists
- Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, stakeholders, and partners
- Conduct outreach activities to promote awareness of public health initiatives
- Coordinate and facilitate educational workshops and events
- Provide addiction counseling support and resources to individuals in need
- Assist in program development and evaluation

Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in public health, social work, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in social media management and marketing
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team
- Knowledge of addiction counseling principles and techniques
- Ability to develop and implement engagement strategies
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire others
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
