VISION miami is Hiring an Administrative Office Assistant w Accounting and QuickBooks Experience Near Miami, FL

VISION miami is a Design-Build company focusing on highest end interior renovations and build-outs. Modern design, attention to detail and exceptional customer service are priorities for building/maintaining the reputation of this growing company.

VISION miami is seeking a qualified individual capable of performing the following job description tasks.

A - RESPONSIBILITIES:

- answer office phone

- keep the office organized and pick up the trash once a week

- data entry entry into QuickBooks for estimates & invoices

- maintain updated certificate of insurances and licenses for all subcontractors

- make payments of products & materials

- review bi-weekly team member time sheets for accuracy

- execute weekly payroll in QuickBooks for subcontractors, suppliers, etc.

- execute monthly checks for overhead bills

- file project & overhead receipts

- maintain banking data entry in QuickBooks

- reconcile monthly bank statements in QuickBooks

- execute monthly banking & QuickBooks reports for CPA

- organize misc. business documents

- prepare & complete quarterly & annual insurance audits

- data entry in QuickBooks for estimates/invoices from VISION miami external system (SOV, Excel)

- data entry of bills in QuickBooks for all invoices from subcontractors and vendors

- account receivable

- account payable

- release of lines for all payments

- daily organize mail

B - EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

- Office assistant experience (Minimum two years)

- Construction industry experience/knowledge (Minimum one year)

- MUST HAVE QuickBooks experience (Minimum three years)

- MUST HAVE Accounting experience (Minimum three years)

C - KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

- Bilingual: Fluent in English & Basic Spanish

- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, MAC OS, Excel, Power Point

D - SCHEDULE:

- Monday to Friday : flexible hours (10am - 1pm or 1pm - 5pm)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
