Summary
Converts raw client data into usable, formatted, postal presorted data thus to be used as either inkjet input for addressing, or merged print PDF document with variable data programming.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Knowledge of USPS postal specifications
BCC Mail manager for merging, deduping, and presorting of data
PSL Jetletter and/or XMPie for variable data PDF print document creation
Excel, Word, Outlook, and other commonly accepted office management software
Partnering with internal and external teams to ensure campaigns are executed timely and flawlessly
Working with the marketing team on creative test design and creative proof review
Automation tasks via BCC Mail Manager
Tracking of direct mail campaign via USPS IV and Snailworks partnership
Maintaining quality control standards via SOP processes

Professional-level job experiences verifiable through prior reference
Team-oriented with an attitude towards internal customer service (serving production and client services) as well as externally towards our client base
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); 2-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
