Job Description
Visa Technology & Operations LLC, a Visa Inc. company, needs a Technical Program Manager (Multiple Openings) in Austin, TX to promote Agile values, principles, and Scrum guidelines within the organization and across two Scrum teams. Coach and guide teams by influencing habit changes that lead to a higher level of expertise in Scrum methodology and team performance. Guide and motivate the team to work cross-functionally. Schedule, manage and facilitate Scrum events. Promote communication between product owners, stakeholders, and development team members to ensure the highest value work is consistently delivered. Foster transparency through a focus on internal and external communication. Build an environment of trust and collaboration to empower teams to be self-managed. Facilitate discussion, decision-making and conflict resolution. Track and remove impediments for the Scrum team. Develop metrics and reports to help the team understand its health and progress and to set goals. Enable effective scaling of the team using Scaled Agile (SAFe) frameworks. Work with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organization. Position reports to the Employer's Austin, Texas office and may allow for partial telecommuting.
Qualifications
Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and Management, Computer Science, or related field followed by five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in an IT Project Management-related occupation. Scrum Master or Scrum Product Owner certification is required.

Rate of Pay: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $119,100.00 USD to $190,400.00 USD per year. Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for an annual bonus and equity.
