The Resident Care Coordinator reports to the Director of Nursing, however is part of the Quality and Clinical Revenue team and is responsible for ensuring the completion of the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process.
As part of a team, guidance, direction and education may be provided by others within the Quality and Clinical Revenue team.
