Overview:
We are seeking an organized, energetic, customer-oriented individual to join our Viper Volleyball team as a Front Desk Agent. You will be our first point of contact for players and families entering the gym, so your role is crucial to maintaining our culture.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome players in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Work collaboratively with other front desk staff, coaches and administrative staff

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of excel
- Enjoys working with kids
- Professional appearance and demeanor

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
