Village Green Dentistry is Hiring a Dental Front Desk Near Lincolnshire, IL

Dental Front Desk Receptionist - Insurance Coordinator
We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, dental receptionist for our fast paced dental office.

Top candidates must have experience working in the dental field. Also must have excellent communication and customer service skills, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be a team player. Must be well spoken and work well with others.

Experience working with Eaglesoft is a plus!

Knowledge of dental insurance coding a plus!

General responsibilities include:

  • answering incoming calls and/or texts,
  • scheduling appointments,
  • monitoring a schedule throughout the day,
  • checking insurance benefits,
  • submitting insurance,
  • following up on outstanding insurance claims,
  • collecting payment,
  • and other activities which help make an office run efficiently and with great reputation.

This is a great office and wonderful staff. We need a reliable, long term employee that looks forward to coming to work and being part of our team.

Days needed:

Mondays 7:30am-5:30pm

Tuesdays 8:30am-5:30pm

Wednesdays 7:30am-4:30pm

Thursdays 8:30am-5:30pm

Fridays: OFF
