Optometry Clinic Front Desk

Position available for a full time Optometry Clinic Front Desk to join our team. We are a fast paced optometry practice that offers an enjoyable work environment. We highly value good interpersonal skills, dependability, efficiency, and a desire to continually learn.

Qualifications

• Being able to provide exceptional patient care.
• Strong computer skills
• Strong writing skills and communication skills
• Experience as a front desk is a huge plus, but not required.
• Well-organized, team-player with great attention to detail.
• Highly energetic team player with a positive attitude.
• Must be willing to travel to our other optometry clinic occasionally to meet the demands of business.
• High school diploma or equivalent

JOB DUTIES

Optometry Clinic Front Desk's responsibilities are:

• Checking patients in/out
• Scheduling appointments
• Calling to confirm appointments
• Doing recalls
• Checking insurance benefits
• Admin work

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Ophthalmology: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
