Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum
- Teach mathematics to students in a clear and concise manner
- Provide individualized instruction to meet the needs of students with diverse learning styles and abilities
- Assess student progress and provide feedback on their performance
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support student success
- Utilize technology and other resources to enhance student learning
- Mentor and support students in their academic and personal growth
Experience:
- Previous experience teaching mathematics preferred
- Experience working with students with autism or special education needs is a plus
- Familiarity with education administration and curriculum development is beneficial
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and strategies for promoting student engagement and achievement
